Caitie is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and the creator of Full Soul Nutrition, a practice where she specializes in disordered eating recovery, nutrition for an active lifestyle, food allergy/intolerance management, breaking the cycle of "yo-yo dieting," and Intuitive Eating.

 

Caitie received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology and Nutrition as well as a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Caitie is also a Registered yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance), Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), and holds certifications in mat pilates, reiki, and trauma-informed exercise.

Caitie’s counseling and coaching sessions integrate nutrition education, medical nutrition therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and body image exploration. She values a holistic approach to wellbeing. When creating a nutrition plan, Caitie considers nutrition and health science as well as your values, your innate wisdom, and your unique experiences.

 

Caitie aims to help you define what health and wellbeing mean in the context of your life, so that you can create a sustainable nutrition/self-care toolbox. Caitie believes that an individualized, compassionate, and judgement-free environment is key to finding a sense of healing and genuine wellbeing. She is Health-at-Every-Size oriented and applies the Intuitive Eating framework to help you eat well and make peace with your body so that you can show up fully for the things that matter most to you.
