This is a unique, 360-degree experience (for the unique, 360-degree human that you are)...our work can range from practicing somatic breathwork during sessions...to being on FaceTime while you grocery shop...to planning and/or eating meals together.
We will create a structure that supports YOU. We prioritize helping you ditch the "dieting mentality" without ditching intentionality. We provide structured nutrition without restriction and wellness plans that foster a sense of empowerment and consistency without rigidity.

Deep dive kickoff session where we get to know you, begin to craft your personalized plan for our work together, and we identify which holistic modalities and practices will be included in your sessions
3 Months of 1-1 Coaching
3 months of weekly 1-1 sessions featuring a unique combination nutrition counseling, meal planning, mindfulness-based stress reduction, body image exploration, holistic healing modalities, and/or real-time meal support (all depending on your goals)
Detailed written follow-up sent to you immediately after each session
Collaboration with your doctor, therapist, and other relevant contacts between sessions
Optional Add Ons
Option to add on direct messaging support if you benefit from greater accountability and connection in between sessions
Option to come to monthly group meetings with other Full Soul Nutrition clients
Option to continue on with pay-per-session options after our initial 3 months

Hi, I’m Caitie! The creator of the Full Soul Nutrition method. I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, certified fitness & yoga instructor, body image coach, eating disorder recovery coach, meditation teacher, podcast host, and certified intuitive eating counselor.
I have created 1-1 counseling & group coaching services that help you feed yourself AND feel yourself AND live FULLY!
For the first few years of my career, I was a full-time fitness instructor, then I transitioned to being a full-time dietitian. But now I’m a mix of both...and other things! That’s because, when I started nutrition counseling, I quickly realized that this work is not ONLY about meal planning and nutrition education. It’s about helping people break free from body shame, dieting, restriction, binge eating, and anxiety. Which doesn’t only require “learning” – it requires healing.
I want to help you heal. I provide a coaching to help you understand nutrition science, eat well, feel good through food, and heal your metabolism…while also guiding you through through practices like movement, meditation, and breathwork to relieve stress, feel unshakably worthy, define health on your terms, and live life fully!
