What is included?

✓ One-on-one sessions that include nutrition education, meal planning, mindfulness-based stress reduction, body image exploration, and/or real-time meal support (depending on your goals)

 

✓ Collaboration with your doctor, therapist, and other relevant contacts between sessions

 

Note: Because recovering from disordered eating requires nutritional, psychological, and medical considerations, clearance from a medical doctor and/or other providers is required before beginning this service

✓ LIVE (or recorded if you can't make it) fitness classes with extremely amazing guest teachers
