Hi, I’m Caitie! I’m a registered dietitian-nutritionist, body image therapist,

reiki healer, mindfulness meditation guide, and yoga teacher. I’m here to help you feel cozy in your body and excited about your life.​

 

I have over a decade of experience working with clients in my private practice and on retreats around the world. I combine nutrition counseling, body image healing, and a toolkit of somatic healing modalities to help clients heal from binge eating, yo-yo dieting, food anxiety, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, GI issues, self-esteem wounds, and more.

  • My clients have called me the "Ted Lasso of dietitians" and it's not only because I'm a superfan of that TV show. It's because...

    • I’m an American living in Europe

    • I LOVE people (extroverted extrovert, hi)

    • I dance everywhere I go

    • More than anything, I want you to BELIEVE in yourself

    • I will help you nourish and make peace with your body, but along the way I’ll incorporate tools, practices, metaphors, stories, and things that might seem unrelated to food or body image (the way Ted Lasso coaches football)

    • I genuinely LOVE life, with alllll its plot twists and messy moments. And I want to help you lean all the way into yours!​​

  • ​A few of my favorite things are: drinking coffee, watching sunrises, creating playlists for every vibe, dancing everywhere, eating french fries, laughing with my friends, and being a Scorpio
