Imagine this: Five blissful days by the Portuguese coast, swapping your usual hustle for healing workshops, movement classes, and loads of delicious, nutritious food. We're talking oceanside walks, meditation, and exploring the beauty of Portugal. But this isn't just ANY retreat. This is a body image healing sanctuary.

Tired of feeling like you're constantly at war with your body? This is your chance to press pause, breathe, and rediscover the joy of living in your skin. No more body image BS. We're giving you practical tools to break free from that toxic cycle and step into self-confidence! This retreat will be the ultimate reset.​

 

It’s also to best way to close out the first half of 2025 with intention, and enter the remainder of the year feeling empowered, calm, and unapologetically you.

Retreat Highlights

3 Nourishing Meals
Per Day

Our meals will be balanced, satisfying, and diverse. Meals can be catered to all dietary restrictions and allergies. And every bite of delicious food is included in the retreat rate. Also: coffee, tea, and snacks will be available throughout the day.

Day Trip
to Lisbon

We will explore the city of Lisbon for an entire day! In addition to taking in the sights and eating delicious Portuguese meals, we will be hitting wellness studios, beautiful views, and lesser known parks. After living in Lisbon for 2 years, I have a local perspective and secret spots to show you!

Nutrition, Body Image, & Confidence Workshops

 We will have a transformative group workshop every day. Workshops will center on nutrition, intuitive eating, body image, and self-confidence. At the culmination of the retreat, you will have meaningful perspective shifts AND a plan of action to take home with you.

A day in the life while on retreat

You’ll wake up every morning to fresh coffee, beautiful views of the ocean, a kitchen full of vibrant friends, and SPACE to just enjoy life while healing your relationship with your body. You'll be in a group fitness class where you can feel free to move...or to rest...and to create a new relationship with exercise that will last long after the retreat. You’ll be at a dinner table where you don’t have to fear that a convo about dieting, weight loss, or Ozempic will come up and make things tense. You'll be guided in deeply healing, educational workshops...as well as practices like breathwork and meditation. You'll have SPACE to digest each practice and make the most of it! You WON'T be on your phone or your laptop (even though we will not confiscate them from you!). And you WILL be exploring Portugal with a group of women who are excited to get to know you, and will celebrate you for exactly who you are.

Every aspect of the retreat is intentionally designed for you to:

  • feel like you're on an adventure AND feel relaxed

  • make lifelong friendships AND have essential time to yourself

Location: Sintra, Portugal

Our retreat home is nestled within Sintra's breathtaking National Park, just a short walk from the stunning coastline of Praia da Aguda.

Every day, we'll have proximity to nature's wonders. We will explore the rugged cliffs, pristine beaches, and charming villages that dot the coastline.

And we will be just a half hour drive from the city of Lisbon! We will be taking a full day trip into Lisbon, with a full itinerary of city fun!

What's included in the retreat:

  • Accommodation for 6 days at a cozy, private retreat space, nestled in Sintra's national park

  • 3 nourishing meals per day​

  • Daily movement practice (some more sweaty and challenging, others more flow-y and restorative)

  • Nutrition, body image, and self-confidence workshops

  • Transportation from the airport to the retreat center

  • Access to coffee, tea, and snacks throughout the day

  • ALL additional activities and excursions (cooking class, hiking, trip to the city, time in a crystal salt cave, New Year's Eve fireworks viewing in Lisbon...)

  • 30 minutes of 1:1 time with Caitie during the retreat for personalized support

  • High quality photos of the retreat (so you can put your phone down!)

  • If you would like to have your own room on the retreat, you can upgrade for $500

  • You can add five 1:1 sessions with Caitie in the months leading up to the retreat for $1,000

MEET YOUR RETREAT HOST

Caitie Corradino

MS, RD, CDN, RYT, cPT

Who I am:

Hi, I'm Caitie! I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, eating disorder recovery coach, body image expert, Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, and breathwork facilitator. Retreats have been such an integral part of my personal healing and growth, and I am so excited to create a community and retreat container that is informed by flexible, sustainable wellness.

 

What I do:

I combine nutrition counseling with movement and a powerful toolkit of somatic healing modalities to help women heal from binge eating, yo-yo dieting, food anxiety, eating disorders, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, GI issues, and more. I have been providing 1:1 and group counseling services at my practice, Full Soul Nutrition, for over 5 years. And I have been teaching group fitness and yoga for over 10 years. And now, I love to bring my method on retreats!

 

Fun Facts:

  • I am a full-time nomad! I’m currently parked in Lisbon, Portugal, where I have a digital nomad visa. I’ll be here for at least the next few months!

  • I am a genuinely extroverted person. I'm truly energized by connecting with people.

  • While I no longer dance "formally," I'm a forever dancer - I love taking dance classes, dance fitness classes, and multiple daily kitchen dance breaks 

  • A few of my favorite things are: coffee, sunrises, playlists for every mood, candles, Ted Lasso, truffle fries, dogs, bathtubs, my friends, the moon, journaling, and being a Scorpio

MEET YOUR RETREAT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Nicole Garfunkel

Who I am:

Hi, I’m Nicole! I am the Retreat Operations Manager! I live and breathe the Full Soul Nutrition mission by practicing intuitive eating and movement, living a life of alignment, and pursuing supportive communities that light me up.

In addition to my work at Full Soul Nutrition, I am a personal stylist and body image consultant. I’m beyond excited to be planning this retreat with Caitie because it supports all my values and is the type of retreat I dreamed of attending myself. 

​

What I do:
I will be with you every step of the way, from planning and executing, being the point of contact for anything you need leading up to and during the retreat, and participating beside you in retreat activities. I’m also helping to lead a workshop on confidence and body image!

Fun Facts:

  • Like Caitie I am also a digital nomad! Lately I've been spending most of my time between Lisbon and London.

  • I am absolutely obsessed with the beach! It's my happy place and I can never get enough of it.

  • A few of my favorite things are: fashion, museums, concerts, coffee, exploring cities on foot, trying new restaurants, guttural laughing with my besties, and making breakfast as one of my love languages.
