What makes the Full Soul Nutrition method effective?

Grounded and Soulful

My work bridges practical tools, somatic practices, and spiritual self-care. As a dietitian, intuitive eating counselor, yoga teacher, AND meditation/breathwork facilitator, I bring the discernment to know which tools to use when – whether that’s evidence-based nutrition, grounding somatic practices, or space for emotional processing. The result is a flexible, sustainable approach to wellness that honors the whole you.

Integrated Support

I've seen incredible breakthroughs when we combine 1:1 sessions with other resources. That’s why every client also gets access to group self-care sessions, a library of guided meditations/resources to use between sessions, and direct message support with me to use any time of day. These layers of care help you put our work into practice and create lasting change.

Receive invites to quick 20 minute breaks, where we dive into one wellness practice to help you reset before you move into the rest of your day (types of wellness breaks include: breathwork break, journaling jam, and stretch snack)
