Nutrition
As a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Body Image Specialist, I’ll help you find a way of eating that feels both supportive and freeing. This track is for people who are exhausted by the mental load of food (the planning, the guilt, the starting over). Together, we’ll unpack old narratives, challenge myths about food and your body, and explore how to leave the dieting mentality behind without leaving nutrition science behind.
Body Image
This track is for people who have tried to fight their way to body acceptance... and it hasn't worked. We'll unpack the stories you've been carrying about your body, challenge where they came from, and build self-care practices that actually shift how you feel in your skin, not just how you think about it. Breathwork, mindful movement, nervous system work, and small daily rituals that add up to something real: feeling safe, at home, and capable of unselfconscious joy in your own body.
Think of it like choosing a "major" — nutrition, body image, or energy. But don't worry: food comes up in
body image work, energy comes up in nutrition work. It's all connected! We just need a place to start.
Energy Work
As a Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki Facilitator, I'll help you get clear on how you actually want to feel– and build the practices that get you there. This track is for the people who are exhausted in ways that sleep doesn't fix, and disconnected from themselves in ways that a holiday doesn't touch. Through journaling, breathwork, energy work, and meditation, we will work on restoring your inner resources so you can show up with more clarity, self-trust, and joy (not just functioning; actually alive).
