Practical nutrition + soulful self-care
to help you (finally) feel at home in your body.

Hi, I'm Caitie Corradino
You’ve tried to “get it right” with food – started plans, cut things out, felt “good” for a while, then slipped back into cravings, overeating, or guilt. You’re tired of feeling stuck in the same cycle and just want to feel normal around food.
Or maybe you’re recovering from an eating disorder and trying to figure out how to care for your body without slipping back into old habits. Maybe you’re simply over the stress, the rules, and the constant mental chatter about food. You just want to feel at home in your body.
I’m Caitie Corradino – a dietitian, body image counselor, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and more. I help people rebuild their relationship with food and their bodies in a way that’s realistic, kind, and lasting. My approach blends practical nutrition tools with emotional and mind-body support, so you can stop managing your body like a project and start actually living in it.
Through my framework, we’ll work together on four key layers of nourishment:
-
The basics: balanced meals, sleep, and hydration to help your body feel safe again
-
Add-ins: small, supportive things like movement, extra protein, fiber, sunlight, or minerals that help you feel your best day to day
-
Emotional hygiene: learning to digest your feelings so they don’t stay heavy and stuck in your body
-
Soulful self-care: tiny rituals and self-care routines that bring warmth and meaning back to your life
Together, we’ll find a way of eating, moving, and living that actually feels good. I'll help you build a self-care plan so true to you that it doesn’t feel like another chore; it feels like coming home to yourself.
