I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Personal Trainer. I received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology and Nutrition from New York University. I also received my Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. I also hold certificates in pilates, trauma-informed yoga, and reiki.


I offer one-on-one counseling and coaching sessions. I work with individuals of all ages, but most often with teens, adolescents, and young professionals.


I specialize in:

- eating disorder or disordered eating recovery

- nutrition for an active lifestyle

- food allergy/intolerance management

- Intuitive Eating

- breaking the cycle of "yo-yo dieting"

- mindful eating


My sessions may include just nutrition counseling or a unique combination of nutrition counseling and holistic wellness coaching, depending on your goals. 


I will help you create a personalized plan that is energizing, sustainable, and informed by science. I will use counseling techniques, medical nutrition therapy, and the Intuitive Eating framework to help you meet your physical and emotional health needs. Along with this, I can integrate movement, mindfulness, and tangible practices that help you connect with your body and soul on a deeper level.

I know what it's like to be confused by the mixed health and wellness information in the media. I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed by all of the messages telling you to "eat this, NOT that" or "do this work out, NOT that workout." I have been there!


I became a fitness instructor and personal trainer at age 18. For YEARS, I drowned in the toxic side of the "wellness" industry. I wanted to fuel my active lifestyle, but I kept getting pulled into fad diets and the soul-sucking pursuit of the "ideal" body. Eventually, I discovered the Intuitive Eating approach, I achieved my Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition, and I pursued fitness certifications that are grounded in mindfulness. With all this, I learned to listen to my body and implement habits that honor my body's ever-changing needs. Now, I know how to fuel for a FULL life, without getting lost in needless details or depriving myself. I have defined my personal wellness necessities, and I have helped MANY clients do the same!
