Hi, I'm Caitie!
I’m a registered dietitian and soulful self-care guide. I help people stop overthinking food, feel confidence in their bodies, and actually enjoy their lives again.
When I think about what actually helps people feel good in their bodies (not just temporarily, but in a way that lasts), it comes down to two things: practical nutrition and soulful self-care.
Practical nutrition is the no-drama, science-backed way of eating that helps you feel steady, without overthinking and without guilt. That’s where my background as a dietitian comes in.
Soulful self-care is about the small rituals that help you process emotions, release tension, and actually hear your intuition. That’s where my background in body image counseling, breathwork, and yoga come in.
Counseling hundreds of clients over the last 10 years has showed me that most people don’t struggle from a lack of knowledge. They struggle because their nervous system is overwhelmed, their emotions are unprocessed, and their body doesn’t feel like a safe place to land.
So knowing what to do doesn’t automatically translate into doing it or feeling better.
That’s where my work comes in. I combine practical nutrition with soulful self-care so that what you know can actually land in your body. So that taking care of yourself feels more natural, more intuitive (and even enjoyable) instead of like something you have to constantly manage.
