It is about the food, but

it's not only about the food.

Nutrition counseling meets nervous system regulation -

so you can feel genuine peace with food and your body.

Hi, I'm Caitie!

I'm a dietitian, body image counselor, breathwork facilitator, fitness instructor, and yoga teacher. I'm originally from New York, now based in London, and working with clients from all over the world.

I've helped hundreds of clients clear their food confusion, stop the daily body bashing, and feel energized and comfortable in their skin.

Here's what I've noticed: when it comes to health, most people have been handed only two options...

Option one: control it. Track it, overthink it, optimize it, earn it, clean up what you see in the mirror. And when that leaves you anxious, fried, or in a cycle of "yo-yo dieting"... just try harder.

Option two: burn all the rules down. Eat whatever, do whatever, tell yourself you're more than a body, stop looking in the mirror, and call the chaos freedom. Except the food noise never actually quiets, the body stuff doesn't either, and "freedom" starts to feel like a different kind of stuck.

Both these options are exhausting, because they're really just two sides of the same all-or-nothing coin. You're either gripping the rules or you've thrown them out...perfect or blown it...on a strict plan or off the rails. Living at these extremes is no way to live.

Because neither extreme gives you space to address:

  • the stress that has you eating something you didn't plan on

  • a nervous system so used to survival mode it forgot what calm feels like

  • the commentary that starts the second you catch a mirror or get tagged in a photo

  • the burnout nobody taught you to recognize, let alone recover from

  • knowing exactly what to do, and still not being able to make yourself do

This is where my approach comes in. At Full Soul Nutrition, I'll help you find that magic middle between the extremes.

The dietitian in me keeps us in the realm of actual science (no detoxes, no nonsense). The body image counselor, breathwork facilitator, and yoga teacher in me handles everything science alone can't reach (the stress you're carrying in your body, the nervous system that needs to come down, the part of you that knows the food goals but still can't follow them).

So yes, I'll help you figure out what to eat. But I'll also help you digest stress, not just food... understand burnout and boundaries, not just protein and carbs... and get to the part nobody promised was possible: not just knowing better, but actually feeling better. This is nutrition counseling meets nervous system regulation.

The goal is dance-in-your-kitchen, present-at-the-dinner-table, didn't-have-to-try-hard kind of free. It's time to feel cozy in your skin, and present for your life. I'm so glad you're here!

Events

I host dedicated events to help you actually practice the tools you’ve been craving – journaling, breathwork, stretching, and more. These sessions help you weave self-care into your life, in real time, while fostering connections with a genuine, like-minded community.

Resource Vault

This is a living library of breathwork breaks, body image workshops, nutrition cheat sheets, journaling prompts, playlists, yoga, and more. It's where real nutrition science meets somatic, soulful tools you can actually reach for on a hard day. And when you're a member, you're invited into any events I host.

Who do I work with?

I'm here for you if....

You feel stuck in a cycle: start a plan, feel "good" for a while, swing back to cravings or shame...and you've never really felt at peace with food

You're exhausted by the mental load of food  (the planning, the guilt, the starting over) and you want a way of eating that feels supportive and freeing

You've tried to fight your way to body acceptance, and it hasn't worked. You want to stop fighting your body and feel safe and at home in it...capable of unselfconscious joy

You're dealing with ongoing bloating, fatigue, or digestion issues, and you're ready to understand what your body's trying to tell you (without cutting out a million foods!)

You're exhausted in ways sleep doesn't fix and disconnected in ways a holiday doesn't touch; you want to feel clear, steady in yourself, and actually alive, not just functioning

You're drawn to an approach that's equal parts practical and spiritual: real nutrition tools and the deeper healing work that makes them stick
