Hi, I'm Caitie!
I'm a dietitian, body image counselor, breathwork facilitator, and yoga teacher. I have helped hundreds of people release their food frustration and body image baggage....not by giving them more information...but by addressing what's actually in their way.
Things like: the stress response that makes you reach for food you didn't plan to eat, the nervous system that's been in survival mode so long it forgot what calm feels like, the body you've been at war with since you were a teenager, and the burnout that nobody taught you to recognize (let alone recover from).
Most wellness plans on the market treat your body like the problem to be solved: eat this, track that, optimize the other thing. And if it's not working? Just try harder!
Full Soul Nutrition exists because that's not how humans work.
Food certainly matters and I am totally here to help figure out WHAT to eat. We will do that in a way that's calm, science-backed, and completely drama-free. But: that's only half of it!
I will also help you digest stress, not just food. I will help you understand burnout and boundaries, not just protein and carbs. And I will help you move from just knowing better to actually feeling better. This is Full Soul Nutrition.
