I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Personal Trainer. I received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology and Nutrition from New York University. I also received my Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. I also hold certificates in pilates, trauma-informed yoga, and reiki.
I offer one-on-one counseling and coaching sessions. I work with individuals of all ages, but most often with adolescents and young professionals.
