"Back To You" Monthly Community Group

Take one hour of your month to come "back to you." We start with a breathing practice and a journaling prompt for some deep stress relief and connection to yourself. Then, we dive into group support with nutrition, body image, and self-confidence (based on a theme for the day and any questions that you bring).
