Monthly Yoga & Breathwork Session

This is a space for deep stress relief and connection to yourself via your body.

 

Take one hour for gentle movement, breathwork, and journaling. This will help you drop into your body, connect with your true desires, and feel deeply grounded as you move into the rest of your week.

What to expect:

We will start with a gentle yoga practice, then move into a grounding and stress clearing breathwork practice, then end with journaling.

Remember: The way to feel worthy is not repeating affirmations; it’s to take actions that remind you that you matter!

​

Set up a yoga mat, close the door, light a candle, wear your comfy clothes, and grab your journal.

 

This is offered once per month via zoom. I can’t wait to welcome you in.
