In my 1:1 coaching, I take a "full soul" approach. My work is uniquely holistic and individualized.
 

I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist. So I’ll help you with nutrition, digestion, body image, and all that.

But I will also be your companion through more intangible parts of healing. I’ll help you surrender to the uncontrollable, make peace with being misunderstood, and find sincere self-love. I’m a practical and spiritual self-care guide. In addition to nutrition, I have training in mindfulness, somatic breathwork, reiki, yoga, applied psychology, DBT, and more.

Mind Tools

As a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and clinical nutrition expert, I'll help you create an individualized nutrition structure that supports your health and happiness. I will help you ditch the "dieting mentality" without ditching nutrition science. We unpack your personal narratives, and some maintstream myths about food and body. We will practice mental "reframes.'

Body Tools

As a Registered Yoga teacher, Certified Personal Trainer, and Breathwork Facilitator, I will teach you simple, tangible embodiment practices that help you tap into cues from your body, access the pleasure of BEING in your body, and break free from body dysmorphia, body image anxiety, and/or the exhausting pursuit of changing your body shape/size. This includes meditation, breathwork, mindful eating, stretching, and more.

Soul Tools

As a scholar of Applied Psychology, DBT, and Reiki (Energy Healing) I will teach you journaling exercises, self-compassion practices, self-confidence strategies, DBT skills, and more. I believe that we cannot talk about food, body image, and self-confidence without tapping into the soul. Let's crack your heart open, access your spirit, and begin to understand what it means to live a life that feels authentic to YOU.

Individualized: This is not a service where I provide one-size-fits-all meal plans and basic nutrition education. I will teach you about nutrition science in combination with other modalities to create a plan that supports what is most important to YOU. Your plan will be

Holistic: I combine food-focused goals with other aspects of self-care.​ This is a unique, 360-degree experience for the unique, 360-degree human that you are. I combine meal planning and nutrition work with body image coaching, somatic practices, and more. The holistic components help you effectively implement nutrition changes and truly break free from food and body preoccupation.

Sustainable: I help you create a foundation for long-term, sustainable habit change. I will see you through until you are not only free from food stress but also FULL of life.

Structured: A lack of structure can increase anxiety. But so can the "all or nothing" mentality. I provide structured nutrition without restriction and wellness practices that foster a sense of personal empowerment and consistency, without rigidity. You will find easeful, flexible structure to your nutrition and other aspects of self-care.

Direct messaging support between sessions, which I respond to every 24-48 hours (this might be used to ask quick question, to send audio notes when you're in a sticky moment, to send pics of your plates, pantry, or grocery cart, to ask for food, clothing, or fitness recs, or to celebrate your wins!

Hi, I’m Caitie, the creator of Full Soul Nutrition! I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, certified intuitive eating counselor, eating disorder recovery coach, certified personal trainer, registered yoga instructor, body image expert, somatic breathwork facilitator, and podcast host!

I have created 1-1 counseling and group coaching services that help you feed yourself, feel yourself, and live FULLY!

For the first few years of my career, I was a full-time fitness instructor, then I transitioned to being a full-time dietitian. But now I’m a mix of both...and other things! That’s because, when I started nutrition counseling, I quickly realized that this work is not ONLY about meal planning and nutrition education. It’s about helping people break free from body shame, dieting, restriction, binge eating, and anxiety. Which doesn’t only require learning – it requires healing.

I am here to help you heal. I provide coaching that helps you understand nutrition science, eat well, feel good through food, and restore your metabolism...while also guiding you through through somatic practices like stretching, meditation, and breathwork to relieve stress, feel unshakably worthy, define health on your terms, and live life fully! I feel immensely privileged & thankful to do the work I do.

What's the investment?

Investment in 1-1 coaching ranges from $499 - $999 per month, depending on the number of sessions we have each month.​

When we first begin, we commit to 3 months upfront. After 3 months, we will regroup on what's next!

What if I'm not ready for 3 months?

I offer a one-time 75 minute intensive session. This session includes a 75 minute deep dive on a chosen area of focus. You can chose from my "menu" of focus areas (like nutrition 101, basic digestive health, body image skills, exploring your relationship with exercise, or embodiment/breathwork). I provide a detailed written follow-up for you with takeaways from our time together, which will serve as your handy, personalized roadmap post-session.
